WebArrow recovery just recovers normal arrows, not super useful since the good arrows are modded arrows such as vampire arrows or diamond arrows. You can't put infinity and mending on the same bow without commands/cheats. There is a vanilla bow you could find with both on it though in a dungeon, but imo vanilla bows are not that great. Longbows have further range and higher draw time over regular bows (pretty sure they have higher damage as well but I can't give you a number). And no clue on the flame enhancement.
