WebI managed to fix the issue for myself by lowering the water detail to medium and shadows to low. No more "stuttering" for me. I have a 3080, play 3440x1440 FOV 95, Vsync enabled, no scaling and get anywhere between 80-115FPS, totally playable for myself. My settings are: Texture details: Very high .
